Demi Lovato has quit her international tour to check into a treatment center, her rep said in a statement.
"Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time," the statement read.
Lovato's rep did not specify the nature of the singer's issues. But a source close to her family told TVGuide.com that the singer has struggled with bullying, an eating disorder and cutting in the past.
