Criminal Minds is the latest show to take Superman to a new low.
Dean Cain will portray a down-on-his-luck gambler who goes on a winning streak — by killing people, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He'll appear in the 13th episode of the season, set to air early next year.

Since his days playing Clark Kent on Lois & Clark, Cain's roles have taken a dark turn. Cain portrayed Scott Peterson in the Lifetime movie The Perfect Husband, an evil immortal doctor on Smallville and a CSI: Miami suspect with a serious anger streak.
Cain will also appear on ABC's upcoming new comedy Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 and USA's Burn Notice.
