My Fair Wedding host David Tutera is responding to his husband's claims that he's a sex addict.
According to People, Tutera filed to end his domestic partnership from Ryan Jurica in Los Angeles on April 19, two days after Jurica filed papers in Connecticut. In Jurica's documents, he claims that Tutera is addicted to sex, which has been destructive to their relationship. He also alleges that Tutera hired prostitutes to help support his addiction.

"The allegations against me are baseless and untrue and I will fight vigorously to defend my reputation in the court of law as well as the court of public opinion," Tutera, 47, said in a statement to the magazine. "I believe them to be fabrications of a desperate individual in order to gain a legal advantage in our separation."
The couple, who married in Vermont in 2003, is expecting twins via a surrogate in July. Tutera is seeking full legal and physical custody, with visitation rights for Jurica. "I am saddened by these developments," Tutera continued. "I am angered by the lies; and I am committed to moving beyond this painful moment to focus on my professional commitments and the upcoming birth of my children."
