David McCallum Re-Ups NCIS Contract

David McCallum

David McCallum has signed a two-year deal with CBS TV Studios to remain on NCIS, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Deadline first reported the news.

McCallum, who plays medical examiner Donald "Ducky" Mallard, was one of four stars whose contract expires at the end of the season. Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette and Sean Murray are still in negotiations, according to Deadline. The quartet previously renegotiated two years ago, with McCallum being the first to re-sign then as well.

CBS renewed the drama for a 10th season in March.
