NCIS' David Dayan Fisher has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge in his choking case, TMZ reports.
David Dayan Fisher arrested for battery over pool-towel altercation
The actor was arrested in September for allegedly choking his neighbor during an argument about whether pool towels had been hung up. Fisher claimed it was in self-defense after his neighbor insulted his late mother.
He is due back in court next month.
