The 24 alum has landed a recurring role on the TNT series, TVLine.com reports. Wersching will play an ambitious transportation commissioner who may be a potential love interest for John Ross (Josh Henderson) and/or Christopher (Jesse Metcalfe) — even though she's married!
24 alum heading to Body of Proof
Wersching, who will next appear on Body of Proof, joins previously announced Dallas guest stars Emma Bell, Judith Light and Mexican film star Kuno Becker, along with Knots Landing stars Ted Shackelford and Joan Van Ark.
Dallas kicks off its second season in January.
