Rapper DMX was arrested in South Carolina early Wednesday for driving without a license, The Associated Press reports.
The "Party Up" singer, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested at 1 a.m. when an officer saw him at a gas station in Greer. He already faced several charges of driving without a license, so according to authorities, an officer pulled him over after watching Simmons leave a gas station, get into a car and drive away. He was released after paying a fine.

Simmons was arrested in Phoenix in 2011 for driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and speeding after he was recorded driving at 102 miles an hour. He recently completed a stint in prison after his probation was revoked for failing to submit to drug testing and driving without a license.
DMX released his seventh studio album, Undisputed, last year and also appeared on VH1's Couples Therapy.
