Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have wed, according to The Associated Press.
Cruz, 36, and Bardem, 41, married in early July in a small ceremony attended by family, Cruz's representative, Amanda Silverman, told the wire service. It took place at a friend's house in the Bahamas, she said
John Galliano, a longtime friend of Cruz's, designed her wedding dress.

The Oscar-winning Spanish couple — Bardem for No Country for Old Men and Cruz for Vicky Cristina Barcelona, which they both starred in — have been dating since 2007.
Reps for the actors did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
