The Late Late Show host Craig Ferguson welcomed his first child with wife Megan Wallace, People reports.
"Everyone is happy and healthy," his rep told the magazine. "The family is doing great, everybody's perfect."

Born Monday, Liam James Ferguson is the CBS late-night host's second son. Ferguson, 48, who married Wallace in December 2008, has a 9-year-old son from a previous marriage.
Reps for Ferguson did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
