Courteney Cox is making her TV directing debut this season on Cougar Town, TVGuide.com has learned.
The star of the ABC comedy will step behind the camera for an upcoming episode from Season 3.

Cox, who also serves as an executive producer on Cougar Town, previously directed the 2008 short The Monday Before Thanksgiving, starring Laura Dern.
ABC declined to comment.
Cougar Town is slated to return midseason, when it all air Tuesdays at 9/8c on ABC.
