Clementine Ford: "I Am Gay"

Yep, she's gay.
Clementine Ford, former L Word star and daughter of Cybill Shepherd, has officially come out.
"I am gay," she told The Advocate. "I just wanted there not to be this big emphasis on it."
The announcement comes one month after U.K. magazine Diva outed her with the headline "Clementine Ford Comes Out" — and just as the actress is to make her debut on the CBS sudser The Young & the Restless. The magazine also intimated that Ford had an affair with L Word costar Katherine Moennig. Ford later denied coming out to Diva, stating that she was misquoted.
"[W]hat upset me was, I felt that because I did not 'come out' in that interview, I felt it was unfair to fans that bought the magazine expecting to get a tearful story that says 'I'm gay,'" Ford told The Advocate. "I thought it was misleading, and now because I was upset by that cover, I am apparently back in the closet and people hate me."
And that reported affair with Moennig? "I would never!" she declared.
Ford also offered her two cents on the passage of Prop 8.
"If you don't want to have a gay marriage, don't have one. Don't marry someone of the same sex, but let me do it if I want to!" she said.
