Chuck's Yvonne Strahovski Reveals Secrets Behind CollegeHumor Spoof
Chuck star Yvonne Strahovski learned that wearing pastries and lingerie is a tricky proposition, especially if you're sending up Katy Perry's Candy Land-inspired "California Gurls" in a CollegeHumor spoof that was unleashed upon the world earlier this week.
"Oh yeah, I was surprised at how the cupcakes held up, I must say," she told reporters during a Chuck set visit on Thursday. "One of them does droop a little lower than the other, but they managed to stay on."

Although CollegeHumor approached her, Strahovski was the one who proposed the creative — and occasionally stomach-turning — ideas for the backhanded homage to Perry, Lady Gaga and Ke$ha.
"CollegeHumor came to me and said, 'We want to do something with you,' and they suggested a pop song sort of thing," Strahovski said. "I said, 'OK, well, what about we do these three people? And then they wrote something and we went back and forth. When I read the song, I realized it would be funny to do a Bieber thing somewhere, and they came up with the ending thing.
"And then on the day, they had the sets ready, I choreographed it on the spot, pretty much," she continued. "I had watched the [music] videos a lot, so I knew the moves. I love doing that stuff; I love goofing around. I don't get to do much of it on Chuck, so I figured, 'Why not have some fun?'"

Strahovski also revealed that she helped out the costuming department by bringing her own Lady Gaga sunglasses and that she suggested those lovely puking scenes.
"That was my idea, yeah," she says. "We had them get the Chicken Chunky Campbell's soup for that."
