Christian Siriano to Put the Fierce in Payless ShoeSource

Project Runway's Season 4 winner, Christian Siriano, has signed a deal to design shoes and handbags for discount shoe peddler Payless ShoeSource.
Siriano's inexpensive collection will debut during New York's fashion week in February at his runway show and will be available for Payless shoppers by fall 2009, reports New York's Daily News.
The petite designer with a penchant for throwing the word "fierce" around like it's going out of style said, "I'm so excited to design and create with such an amazing brand that is all about fashion and trend but, most importantly, is also about affordability ... I'm all about the runway and the sidewalks!"
