Chris Brown, Mark Geragos
Chris Brown's probation was revoked by a Los Angeles judge Monday after his Oct. 27 arrest for misdemeanor assault in Washington D.C., TMZ reports.
Brown, 24, was in court Monday for the hearing, however, he was not remanded to custody because of his recent time logged in anger management rehab. Brown was ordered to 90 days in an anger management rehab last month.
The worst of 2013
According to a progress report obtained by TMZ, Brown has been participating in a weekly boot camp and also completed a 12-hour ropes course. However, the judge has ordered the rapper-singer abstain from using medical marijuana, and he is due back in court in February, at which point Brown could possibly face jail time.
Brown's probation stems back to his 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
