Laura Prepon

NBC's Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea is going through a major cast overhaul.

The series, based on Chelsea Handler's best-selling memoir of the same name, has dropped three actors: White Collar's Natalie Morales, ER's Angel Laketa Moore and Chelsea Lately regular Jo Koy, TVLine.com reports. Each of the characters is expected to be reconceived.

Chelsea stars Laura Prepon as a younger and sexually aggressive version of the comedian. Morales was set to play her best friend, while Moore and Koy were her co-workers at a local bar. The series also stars Rescue Me's Lenny Clarke as Chelsea's eccentric father and Handler, who has a cameo in the pilot as Chelsea's sister.

The series is slated to premiere on NBC at midseason, along with Smash, Bent, Awake and BFF, which were also held back from the Peacock's fall schedule.
