Céline Dion Names Her Twins

After nearly a week, Céline Dion has finally picked names for her newborn twin sons: Eddy and Nelson.

Eddy is named after producer Eddy Marnay, who worked on the Grammy winner's first five records. Nelson is named after Nelson Mandela, whom the singer met two years ago while on tour in South Africa.
"Céline and René [Angelil, her husband] want their children to be inspired by their names, because they were so inspired by these men," her rep says.
Céline Dion hospitalized to prevent early delivery
Dion, 42, gave birth on Saturday. She and Angelil, 68, also have a 9-year-old son, René-Charles.
The twins' names were first reported by Canada's TVA.
