American Idol alum Jason Castro is slated to perform on an upcoming episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, a show rep confirms.
The 23-year-old, who finished fourth during Season 7, will share screen time with Kimberly Matula and Zack Conroy. He will perform "Love Uncompromised" from his recently released self-titled album.

Castro will shoot his guest spot next week and the episode will air in July, according to Entertainment Weekly, which first reported the news.
The singer-songwriter recently helped pay tribute to departing Idol judge Simon Cowell on the reality show's Season 9 finale.
