Casey Anthony

Casey Anthony was sentenced to four years in jail by a Florida judge on Thursday, but she will be released next week, CNN reports.

The 25-year-old, who on Tuesday was found not guilty of murdering her daughter, Caylee, was convicted of four counts of lying to police after Caylee disappeared. Each of the counts carried a maximum one-year sentence, which Judge Belvin Perry handed down Thursday in Orlando. In addition, Anthony was fined $1,000 for each count.

However, court officials said that Anthony will be let out of jail on July 13. The early release factors in the more than 1,000 days she's already spent behind bars since her arrest.

Caylee disappeared in June 2008 and her body was found six months later in the woods near her grandparents' house. A cause of death was never determined.

Anthony returned to jail after the sentencing on Thursday. She will remain there until her date of release.
