Hours after Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her daughter, Jay Leno mocked the Florida jury responsible for the acquittal.
"It was so hot today, people were as delirious and incoherent as a Florida jury," the Tonight Show host said.

Although the line was met with some cheers, his next joke didn't fare as well. "This [verdict] means President Obama's economic team is only the second most clueless group of people in America," Leno said. When the audience sat silent, Leno said, "Is the mic off? I don't think they heard the joke."
Leno then retold the joke, and this time — perhaps out of pity — the audience cheered. Watch the video below.
