Carrie-Anne Moss will star in Lifetime's new untitled Michael Sardo pilot, Deadline reports.
The 43-year-old actress, who has appeared in films including The Matrix, Memento and Chocolat, will play a New York celebrity psychologist whose personal problems cause her to leave the city and take a new job as the chief of staff at a teaching hospital.

The project will be executive produced and written by Sardo (Wings, Caroline in the City). Lifetime has four other pilots in contention for series pick-ups, including Against the Wall, Exit 19, Meet Jane and an untitled project from Josh Berman (Drop Dead Diva).
