Carla Gugino has landed a multi-episode arc on New Girl, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
As first reported by Entertainment Weekly, the Political Animals star will play Emma, Schmidt's (Max Greenfield) new boss who is actually a super freak in the sack. In fact, she and Schmidt will land themselves in a Fifty Shades of Grey situation after he signs a contract binding him to her.

Gugino, whose credits also include Entourage and Watchmen, will appear in at least three episodes of the second season, which returns with two episodes on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 8/7c and 9/8c on Fox.
