Photo Gallery: TV Shows We Lost This Season

Hugh Laurie, Teri Hatcher

House and Desperate Housewives were two of the most high-profile series that ended this season, but they weren't the only shows calling it a day.

Check out our season MVPs

In fact, we lost more than 30 shows this year — some old and some so new (and under-watched) that that they didn't even make it to the third episode. Some weren't even given a chance to succeed (Bent) and one even died for the second time (Breaking In). And while long-running favorites like House, Housewives and Chuck were granted farewell seasons, others were not so lucky to get a heads-up (sorry, CSI: Miami).

So before we officially close the book on the 2011-12 season, look back at all the series — the good, the bad and the Work It — that we lost this year.

Which shows will you miss the most?
