The CW has announced fall premieres dates including the return of The Vampire Diaries, its spin-off The Originals and the anticipated new series The Tomorrow People.
Vampire Diaries' fifth season premieres on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 8/7c. Period drama Reign will debut after it in the 9 o'clock hour.
What are the most anticipated new dramas?
Tomorrow People, which was one of TVGuide.com's Top 10 anticipated dramas, will premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 9/8c, following the Season 2 premiere of Arrow.
The Originals, which stars Vampire Diaries fan favorite Joseph Morgan, will begin its run on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 8/7c.

As previously announced, America's Next Top Model: Guys and Girls , which will air post-Carrie Diaries, premieres Aug. 2. The 100, Star-Crossed and Nikita will premiere at midseason.
