CBS is getting an early start on the 2013-2014 TV season: The network has ordered the comedy pilot Ex-Men, TVGuide.com has learned.

From Rob Greenberg, Eric and Kim Tannenbaum, the single-camera comedy focuses on a young guy who finds camaraderie living among the more experienced men he meets in a short-term rental complex.
Greenberg (How I Met Your Mother) will write and direct the pilot, with the Tannenbaums (Two and a Half Men) attached as executive producers.
