The Twilight Zone may be returning to television — again.

X Men's Bryan Singer has signed on to develop and executive-produce a Twilight Zone reboot for CBS TV Studios, Entertainment Weekly reports.

What are the top TV shows of 2012?

There is no writer or network attached yet, though CBS carried the original series, which ran from 1959 to 1964, while a remake aired from '85 to '89. A recent reboot was launched on defunct network UPN in 2002, but only lasted one season.
