Fans of Matt Lauria won't see the last of him when The Chicago Code ends this month.
The actor has been cast in the upcoming fifth season of USA Network's Burn Notice, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Lauria will play Ethan, a discharged soldier who the CIA is interested in and who reminds Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) of himself. The former Friday Night Lights actor will appear on the fifth episode and could potentially return as a recurring character. The casting news was first reported by TVLine.com.
On Tuesday Fox canceled its freshman cop drama The Chicago Code, in which Lauria played young homicide detective Caleb Evers.
Burn Notice will premiere its fifth season on June 23.
