Brooke Mueller has left rehab after six days, TMZ reports.
The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen entered rehab last week for the 19th time, for an addiction to Adderall, according to TMZ. Sources close to Mueller told TMZ that her latest stint was to detox and that she's undergoing ongoing outpatient psychological treatment.
Days before entering rehab, Mueller was rushed to the hospital for a possible overdose.

While she was in rehab, Sheen's other ex-wife, Denise Richards, was reportedly watching Mueller's two toddlers, but they're now back in her custody, TMZ reports.
A call to Mueller's lawyer was not immediately returned.
