Only a few days after being hospitalized, Brooke Mueller is back in rehab for the 19th time, TMZ reports.
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife entered a facility Monday night seeking treatment for an addiction to Adderall, her lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells the site. On Friday, Mueller was rushed to the hospital for a suspected overdose, but the mother of two originally insisted she had simply been deep asleep after making jewelry nonstop for several days. Now, however, the website reports that Mueller admits that the incident was caused by taking too many Adderall pills.

"Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave," Galanter says, insisting that his client had no illegal drugs in her system during Friday's incident. "Brooke continues her lifelong battle with drug addiction by taking these steps herself to prevent a further drug relapse."
Mueller's 3-year-old twins children with Sheen, Bob and Max, are with a nanny.
