With the Dec. 2 release of her new album, Circus, now just days away, Britney Spears is getting the word out globally, performing her insanely catchy "Womanizer" single at two overseas venues.

On Thursday, Spears sported a top hat and hot pants, a la gal pal Madonna, to serve up the song at Germany's Bambi awards. Watch video below:

Spears reprised that performance Friday on France's American Idol-esque Star Academy. On Saturday, she made her first appearance on UK television in four years by doing "Womanizer" on Simon Cowell's X Factor. (Video below.) Invited to convert her years of expert experience into advice for the show's competitors, Spears offered up these bon mots: "Just keep doing it."

Spears, who turns 27 the day her album drops, will celebrate her birthday with an appearance on ABC's Good Morning America.

This Sunday, Nov. 30, at 10 pm/ET, Spears is the subject of Britney: For the Record, a no-holds-barred documentary airing exclusively on MTV and Fuse. Read our preview here.
