Britney Spears has upped her sexy factor — and comedy rep — by appearing on The Late Show with David Letterman in nothing but a teeny, black bikini.
In her first appearance on the late night show in nearly three years, the bikini-clad pop princess kicked off the second leg of her Circus tour by reading Letterman's "Top 10" list, "Top 10 Ways the Country Would Be Different if Britney Spears Were President."

The pre-taped segment, which aired Tuesday night, featured Spears sitting legs crossed on top of a desk, switching from hip to hip as she delivered punchlines.
So how would things be different is Brit was president? "We would only invade fun places like Cabo" and there would be "Free pie for everyone."
