Bristol Palin will make her prime-time acting debut on the July 5 episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager as a new friend of Amy's at a music program for — you guessed it — teenage moms.

Star Shailene Woodley didn't get to meet Palin's son, Tripp, but says she enjoyed sharing a scene with the headline-making 19-year-old. "She was really, really sweet — a really nice girl," Woodley tells TVGuide.com. "I liked working with her."
