After Abrams' Bad Robot secured the rights to Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong, the future Star Wars director told Entertainment Tonight that Cooper had sent him an email and they have been talking about the project. Cooper seemed to confirm as much when he told the BBC he'd "love" to play the titular role. However, on Sunday, Cooper told Access Hollywood that BBC got it wrong and he didn't even know about the project yet. Considering Armstrong spent ages denying doping allegations, if Cooper does go on to play the role, he'll be perfect, right?

She's dated, well, a lot of stars, so it should come as no surprise that Cooper's name has been thrown into the mix. Apparently, the rumor started when Radar Online reported that Cooper shot down Swift through his Playbook co-star Jennifer Lawrence. But Cooper set the record straight — also on Sunday at the Screen Actors Guild Awards — when he told Extra that he had never met Taylor. "That's completely made up," he said.
