Boss Returns for Second Season in August

Chicago is heating up this summer on Starz.
The cable channel will premiere the second season of the Windy City-set drama Boss on Friday, Aug. 17 at 10/9c, Starz announced Wednesday.
Starz renews Magic City before it premieres
Kelsey Grammer won a Golden Globe in the series for playing Tom Kane, the Chicago mayor who was diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disorder. Joining him in the second season are Jonathan Groff, Sanaa Lathan and special guest star T.I., aka Tip Harris.
In Season 2, Kane will turn to high doses of medication to battle the physical symptoms of his illness... but not without cost. On the political front, he'll work with his inner circle to remove the poisonous influences on his staff.
