Katie Couric

Monday's editions of the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams and ABC's World News with Diane Sawyer will all be expanded to hour-long episodes focusing on the assassination of Osama bin Laden.

Details on each broadcast are below:

- Katie Couric will report from Ground Zero, interviewing people who lost loved ones on 9/11 for their reactions to the death of bin Laden. Subjects will include. David Beamer, whose son died on United Airlines Flight 93, and Carie LeMack, whose mother was a passenger on American Airlines Flight 11.

- NBC Nightly News' Brian Williams will report live, also from Ground Zero and from a New York City Fire Department house that was affected by 9/11.

- Diane Sawyer will also report from Ground Zero. The Word News broadcast will feature interviews with New York City mayor at the time of 9/11, Rudy Giuliani, and former Vice President Dick Cheney. There will also be a report on children who lost their parents in the 9/11 attacks. ABC News' Nick Schifrin will report from Pakistan, and the broadcast will feature footage from inside the compound where bin Laden was killed.

All of these broadcasts will begin at 6:30/5:30c.
