Betty White is ready to prove she's off her rocker in a hidden-camera series for NBC.
Betty White's Off Their Rockers, hosted and executive-produced by the 89-year-old actress, will follow a group of seven senior citizens as they try to play pranks on unsuspecting younger people. The format comes from Europe's popular show Benidorm Bastards.
Betty White: "I've been getting away with it for 63 years"
"Betty White is a comedic genius who escalates hilarity in any situation," network executive Paul Telegdy said. "Viewers will thoroughly enjoy watching her pull one over on the unsuspecting youth of America."
White joked: "People have been telling me that I'm 'off my rocker' for years — now I can prove it."

White currently stars on TV Land's Hot in Cleveland, which has already been renewed for a third season. She won an Emmy last year for hosting Saturday Night Live, and has a book being published on May 3, titled If You Ask Me (And Of Course You Won't).
The new show also reunites White with NBC, where The Golden Girls ran for seven seasons starting in 1985. Twelve episodes have been ordered. No premiere date has been set.
