Reports: Beckham Staffers Arrested for Alleged Theft

Two housekeepers at David and Victoria Beckham's English mansion were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stealing the soccer icon's memorabilia, British media reports said.
According to Reuters, personal items, such as Beckham's football boots, sportswear and designer clothes were taken from "Beckingham Palace" and put up for sale on auction Web site, eBay.
Police onfirmed that they had arrested a 56-year-old woman and an 55-year-old man on suspicion of theft after officers were tipped off Friday. The arrested duo will return to the police station on Nov. 22.
The Los Angeles Galaxy player and Posh Spice live with their children in a $22 million mansion in Beverly Hills, but the couple maintains the other home for their use when in Britain.
