Fiore was arrested in June for violating a restraining order Tisdale had obtained against him after claiming he had attempted to shoot her and sent her 18,000 tweets. He has been sentenced to one year of outpatient counseling and five years of probation.
Fiore will also have to stay at least 100 yards away from the former High School Musical star for the next five years.
