Anne Heche, Coley Laffoon

Anne Heche's ex-husband says he's "disturbed" by the actress' trash-talking on The Late Show with David Letterman, where she called him a "lazy ass."

"After coming home from showing two different clients two different condominiums, I was disturbed to see Anne taking out her personal frustration on the father of her child on national television," Coley Laffoon tells Us Weekly. Laffoon, a former cameraman, now works with real estate company Hilton & Hyland. But Heche says much of his income comes from her.

"He goes out to the mailbox and he opens up the little mailbox door and goes, 'Oh! I got a check from Anne! Oh my gosh, I got a check from Anne! Yay!'" she answered, when asked what Laffoon does for a living.

Heche pays Laffoon $3,700 a month in child support for their son, Homer, 7, as part of their March divorce settlement, which ended a bitter two-year battle.

"It's funny because you can't quite let go of the ex," the Hung star told Letterman, adding that Laffoon wants to coach soccer. "He wants me to come and watch him run around in his little white shorts playing soccer. ... Honestly, I don't want to come to rehearsal and watch you run around in your tight shorts, like trying to pretend you know how to play soccer. I divorced you! No, I don't want to hang around with you Thursdays and Saturdays and maybe on Sunday."

Heche, who welcomed son Atlas in March with fiancé James Tupper, also doled out some advice to newlywed Dave.

"You promised me you weren't going to get married but you went ahead and did it," she chided Letterman. "I warned you. ... Don't get married. Forever engaged is a wonderful romantic thing to do."
