Both Shue, 46, and Robach, 36, are recently divorced, according to the magazine. Shue married floral designer Jennifer Hageney in 1994, and Robach was married to Tim McIntosh.
Shue and Robach both separated from their spouses about a year ago, and began dating last spring, according to People. They got engaged last week.
Robach is a former Miss Georgia contestant and also serves as a national correspondent for NBC Nightly News.
