In April, CBS announced that the series was renewed for an 11th season, but that original cast member Angus T. Jones wouldn't be returning full-time. Original cast member Charlie Sheen was fired from the show in March of 2011 and was eventually replaced by Ashton Kutcher.
Well-known for her titular role in Joan of Arcadia, Tamblyn's credits also include House, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and 127 Hours.
Two and a Half Men returns Thursday, Sept. 26 at 9:30/8:30c on CBS.
