Amanda Bynes was involved in another car accident in Los Angeles this week — at least her third since April, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Bynes, 26, was rear-ended by another vehicle in the San Fernando Valley Monday night, the LAPD told E! Online. Police didn't specify whether Bynes was at fault in the collision, but no one was injured and officers left the scene after Bynes and the other driver exchanged information, according to E! No one was ticketed.

In April, Bynes was arrested on a DUI charge after she side-swiped a Los Angeles County Sheriff's vehicle while trying to pass it. In May, she was involved in a minor accident with a civilian driver at an intersection. And earlier this month, Bynes found herself under investigation by the LAPD for potentially being involved in a hit-and-run on Aug. 4.
