The O.C.'s Adam Brody Returns to TV for "Adult" House of Lies Role

The O.C. grad Adam Brody will make his long-awaited return to TV on the upcoming season of House of Lies, Showtime announced Thursday.
Brody, 32, will play the owner of an adult toy company who forms a relationship with Jeannie (Kristen Bell) in two episodes of the Showtime comedy. Is there any adult toy equivalent for the beloved Captain Oats? Just kidding, Captain Oats is obviously irreplaceable.

Since his star-making turn as Seth Cohen on the Fox teen soap, Brody has appeared in films including Jennifer's Body, Cop Out and Scream 4. Brody will also share the screen with Bell in the upcoming film adaption of the Neil LaBute play Some Girls.
Brody joins previously announced guest stars including Lisa Edelstein.
House of Lies returns Sunday, Jan. 13 at 10/9c on Showtime.
