ABC Renews Shonda Rhimes' Scandal for Season 2

Shonda Rhimes will definitely have at least two series on ABC next season.
One day after renewing Grey's Anatomy, the network has picked up the political fixer drama Scandal for a second season, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Rhimes first tweeted the news. "Am super proud to say that @ScandalABC has been picked for a 2nd season!!! Am doing a little dance of joy. Still waiting to hear on PP..."
No word on whether Rhimes' Private Practice will return. The busy producer also has pilot Gilded Lilys in contention at the network. Will she go four-for-four? We'll find out at least by ABC's Upfront presentation next week.
