ABC released previews from 11 of its new series for the 2011-12 TV season, including a new drama from Shonda Rhimes, the remake of Charlie's Angels and Tim Allen's return to TV.

Fall 2011 TV Scorecard: Which shows are returning? Which aren't?

Charlie's Angels (Thursdays at 8/7c) is the highly anticipated remake of the 1970s series starring Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor and Annie Ilonzeh. Ramon Rodriguez will play Bosley and Robert Wagner will play Charlie. Original series producer Leonard Goldberg, Drew Barrymore and Smallville's Miles Millar and Al Gough are producing. 


Last Man Standing (Tuesdays at 8/7c) stars Tim Allen as a husband and father trying to keep his manhood in his increasingly female-dominated world. 30 Rock's Jack Burditt and Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum) created the comedy which also stars Nancy Travis and Hector Elizondo.


ABC fall lineup: Tim Allen's Last Man Standing, Man Up lead new Tuesday comedy block

Man Up
(Tuesdays at 8:30/7:30c) is a comedic look at what it takes to survive as a modern man, as told through the eyes of three best friends (Chris Moynihan, Mather Zickel and Dan Fogler) and the women in their lives. Teri Polo, Amanda Detmer, Jake Johnson and Henry Simmons co-star.


Once Upon a Time (Sundays at 8/7c) follows a woman, played by Jennifer Morrison, who travels to a town where fairy tales are real. Ginnifer Goodwin plays Snow White, and Lana Parrilla is the Evil Queen.  

 

Pan Am (Sundays at 10/9c) is a drama set in the '60s about the stewardesses and pilots of the titular airline. Jonah Lotan, Christina Ricci, Margot Robbie, Kelli Garner, Karine Vanasse and Michael Mosley will star.


Revenge (Wednesdays at 10/9c) is a drama starring Emily Van Camp as a mysterious and vengeful woman harboring many secrets.

ABC picks up Charlie's Angels, Tim Allen comedy; cancels Brothers & Sisters, V

Suburgatory (Wednesdays at 8:30/7:30c) is a comedy about a New York City girl (Jane Levy) who moves to a cookie-cutter suburban community. Jeremy Sisto, Alan Tudyk, Cheryl HinesCarly Chaikin and Allie Grant co-star.


Apartment 23 (slated for midseason on Tuesdays at 9:30/8:30c) is a comedy starring Dreama Walker as a Midwestern girl who relocates to New York and ends up living with her worst nightmare (Krysten Ritter). James Van Der Beek also stars as himself.


The River (slated for midseason) is about a famed adventurer and TV personality (Bruce Greenwood) who goes missing in the Amazon. His family (among them, Joe Anderson and Leslie Hope) searches for him.  

Scandal (slated for midseason) stars Kerry Washington as a professional "fixer," or crisis management consultant. The show is based on the career of Judy Smith, who has guided such public figures as Monica Lewinsky and Michael Vick in their hours of need. Shonda Rhimes and Grey's Anatomy's Betsy Beers will executive-produce the project which also stars Henry Ian Cusick


Work It (slated for midseason) follows two unemployed car salesmen (Amaury Nolasco and Ben Koldyke)  who decide that to succeed, they must dress as women to get jobs as pharmaceutical reps. Rebecca Mader plays a sales rep who thinks she knows it all.
