ABC Family Gets Into The Lying Game

ABC Family has picked up the one-hour drama The Lying Game, the network announced Tuesday.

Based on the novel from Pretty Little Liars author Sara Shepard , The Lying Game centers on Emma, a foster girl who learns she has an identical twin sister named Sutton, who was adopted by a wealthy family. The sisters trade places while Sutton pursues a lead on the mysterious identity of their birth mother.
Alexandra Chando (As the World Turns) will star in The Lying Game, along with Andy Buckley (The Office) and Helen Slater (Supergirl). Charles Pratt Jr. (Desperate Housewives) will serve as writer and executive producer with Leslie Morgenstein (Pretty Little Liars) and Gina Girolamo.
