Soap star Blair Redford has signed on for a recurring role in 90210's Season 3, a show rep says.
The 26-year-old actor — who portrayed Miguel on NBC's Passions — will play Oscar, a charming British hunk ready to stir up some trouble, as first reported by Entertainment Weekly.

Though Oscar is Ivy's family friend, he's been compared to the Talented Mr. Ripley, and will show his true colors as he comes between Dixon and Ivy's relationship.
The CW's 90210 returns for its third season Monday, Sept. 13.
