Rapper 50 Cent is "doing fine" after getting hospitalized following a car accident early Tuesday morning, his rep tells TVGuide.com.
The performer, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was riding in his bulletproof SUV on New York's Long Island Expressway when a red truck rear-ended the vehicle and caused it to nearly flip over, according to New York's Daily News.

"He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. He was released this morning and is doing fine," his rep said in a statement.
