We use cookies to speed the download of information and to simplify navigation of our site. When you come back to TV Guide Online, certain preferences — such as your login information or ZIP code for the TV listings — will be called up, saving you time and making access faster.
Your preferences will be saved as long as the cookies from our site are saved on your computer. These can be manually deleted or automatically deleted every certain number of days. Check your privacy settings to ensure your system accepts cookies from our site and does not delete them.
11.Why doesn't the site work on my system?

LISTINGS QUESTIONS
13.When I view my TV Listings, I get the channel lineup for a provider different than my own. How do I change my provider?
From the TV Listings page, click the "Edit Location" link, enter your zip code, and select your Cable or Satellite provider from the list by clicking the link for it.
14.I can’t find my cable provider among those who are listed for my ZIP code. Who can I notify?
Submit an email in our Customer Feedback section and be sure to include the following information: your zip code, your cable/satellite provider’s name, some examples of the channel numbers/names from the lineup you view in your home. You can reach our Customer Feedback section
here.
15.I would like to view lineups from two zip codes in one, single listings grid. Is this possible?
Currently the listings grid can only pull data from one zip code only.
16.I cannot find Canada in your International Countries list. How can I obtain Canadian listings?
Due to contractual reasons, we no longer offer Canadian listings.
17.What does the "Set Custom View" feature do on my TV Listings page?
The "Set Custom View" feature on your TV Listings page allows you to customize your TV Listings to show only the channels you want to see TV Listings for in a way that you want to see them. If you want to see TV Listings for all channels for the next 2 hours, customize nothing. But if you prefer to see TV Listings for only certain channels during a different time span at later time of the day, the "Set Custom View" feature allows you to do that.
18.18. How come I'm only seeing some channels that my service provider offers in my TV Listings and not all of them?
You probably either are viewing a different version of the TV Listings for your service provider or you're viewing a customized view of the TV Listings. To view the correct version of your TV Listings for your service provider, click the "Edit Location" link on the TV Listings page, enter your zip code, and select your Cable or Satellite provider from the list by clicking the link for it. To edit or reset your custom view of your TV Listings, make sure the 3rd pull-down at the top of your TV Listings on the TV Listings page is showing "All Channels", as opposed to "Favorite Channels" or "Movies on TV" for example.
19.Some channels are missing or are incorrectly listed in my lineup. Who can I notify?
Submit an email in our Customer Feedback section and be sure to include the following information: your zip code, your cable/satellite provider’s name, and the channel numbers/names that are missing or appear incorrectly. You can find our Customer Feedback section
here.
20.Why are my PPV or Music Channels missing from my channel lineup listing?
To reach that grid information, do the following:
- Go to the listings grid page
- Click on the red “Set Custom View” button
- Uncheck the following two boxes:
• Hide (audio-only) music channels
• Hide Pay-Per-View channels
You will then be able to see the PPV and Music channels.
21.I am looking for past listings. Where can I find this information on your site?
We do not archive our online listings.

23.What is a “Friends List?”
A Friends list gives you an easy way to keep tabs on your favorite Community members and locate members with interests similar to yours. To add a friend, just click on a member’s name and look for the “add to friends list” link. This will allow you invite that member to be a friend of yours.
24.What are "My Messages?"
Community members can send and receive private messages to other community members. You’ll know you have new messages to read if you see a little envelope icon near the My Messages link.
25.What’s the difference between “linking” and “tagging” on blogs and groups?
Linking is a way for you to associate your blog post or group with TV Shows, Movies, and Celebrities. People reading your blog will have links to go to the page for those items that you’re linking. Likewise, people viewing a page for a TV Show, Movie, or Celebrity will see a link to your blog or group. Tags are keywords you associate with your blog or group. They don’t have to be titles of shows, they can be anything you think describes what you’re creating. When someone clicks a tag in a list of tags (called a “tag cloud”) they will see all the blogs tagged with the same word. Both are great tools to help people find your content.
26.How are featured blogs, groups, and forums on the home page and Join the Discussion page determined?
We generally select discussions that we find interesting or relevant. We try to rotate them to give as many of them as possible a chance to be featured.
