The intensely talented actor, who's dominated the final two seasons of the FX cop show as renegade detective Shane Vendrell, is developing a new drama series for AMC, Rectify, about a falsely convicted felon. In addition to starring, Goggins will executive-produce with Ray McKinnon (his collaborator on the 2001 Oscar-winning short The Accountant) and Breaking Bad's Mark Johnson.
