Idol Alum Stephanie Edwards Arrested in Street Fight

Past American Idol finalist Stephanie Edwards was arrested after a public brawl with another woman, authorities said.
Edwards, who finished 11th in Season 6 in 2007, was arrested Monday night in Savannah, Ga., after police broke up a scuffle between her and Laquilla White in the middle of a street, Metro spokeswoman Gena Moore told TVGuide.com.

Edwards, 22, told officers that White had been harassing her all day with phone calls, so she went to her home, where the confrontation turned physical, Moore said. Each suffered minor injuries, but declined to go to the hospital.
Both women were arrested on a misdemeanor charge of fighting in public and booked at Chatham County Detention Center. They both were released after posting $1,300 bail each.
